Want to know about Vito? He's wearing dress clothes and leather. Says a lot about him, I think. Only takes off his glasses and collar if completely necessary. He's pretty OCD, pretty self-concious, pretty desperate. Recently ex-meth addict, hence the facial issues: bags under his eyes, skin damage, meth mouth, lip scars from nervous biting. He's still addicted to other drugs, and he has plenty of untimely mood swings and male PMSing going on. But as his nature is to be fun-loving and upbeat, that often shows through. He often puts up a front of happiness when he's unstable underneath: the kind of person who burries his emotions until they explode. He has just enough self-control not to resort to physical violence most of those times.

Excellent tactical skills and accuracy. Poor judgment and intelligence. Decent physical strength. Unstable personality causes him to be unreliable in social situations but can be used as a last resort.

He was involved in the Italian mafia in New York, but was cast out due to his rebellious nature and potential threat to his family. They set out to hunt him down, so naturally, he moved to Metropolis City and tried to restart his life. He tries to keep his history on the low down, as he should, so he doesn't let out this information easily.
